Call Of Duty Black Ops III LEAKED INFO: Edward Richtofen & Alex Mason Returning To Black Ops 3

We’ve recently been given the news about some new details about the Black Ops III characters we can look forward to seeing. It looks like we will be seeing Alex Mason returning to Black Ops III as a primary character in the game. Not only that, but he will also be reunited with the one and only Edward Richtofen. You heard me right, Edward Richtoften, the Zombie slaying mad scientist.

This information came to light after a casting commercial (according to our source) looking for actors to play these specific Call of Duty Black Ops III characters was leaked. It looks that there will yet again be some form of a live action commercial like there was for Black Ops II, which you can watch below.

Since all of this is just rumors and leaked info, what does any of this really mean about Black Ops III? Well, the time frame is what first comes to mind if Alex Mason is back. Mason was born June 2, 1933 in Fairbanks, Alaska, for those of you that don’t know. So if Mason is making a return to Black Ops III, would he be making a return as a “flashback” character or a “zombies” playable character? Those are the only two conclusions I can come up with as a player and a speculative writer.

With my speculations on what type of role Mason will be playing, it’s almost obvious which role Richtofen will be playing in Black Ops III. Richtofen made his debut in Call of Duty World at War playing Doc, the sociopath and a sadistic German scientist who is a main antagonist in the Zombies story line.
